Clients are required to treat our staff with respect and care at all times. Any form of verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in such circumstances.
Please turn on the aircon and fan during and after the cleaning session. It is recommended to set them at maximum speed for faster drying — for at least 2 hours after the session.
For the safety of our team, please do not request cleaning of exterior areas or any location where access involves a height-related risk. We reserve the right to decline work that cannot be carried out safely.
